Year 3 Teacher

Responsibilities

In this Year 3 teacher role, you will:

• Design and implement engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, catering to the diverse needs of students.

• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support to help them reach their potential.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about student progress and school events.

• Promote positive behaviour and a growth mindset among students, instilling a lifelong love of learning.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in a primary school setting.

• Demonstrates a passion for education and a commitment to creating an engaging learning environment.

• Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.

• Is creative and adaptable, able to implement innovative teaching strategies that meet the varied learning needs of students.
