The successful candidate will be highly organised and proactive, and will support the team with various duties., * Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, appointments, and events.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.

Provide assistance in preparing presentations and other materials.

Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications.

Arrange both domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.

Handle last-minute travel changes and cancellations with efficiency.

Raise purchase orders for the SLT

Process and track expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.

Reconcile credit card statements and manage reimbursements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all expenses.

Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and processes.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.

A degree in Business Administration or a related field

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

An annual salary ranging from £32000 to £35000, dependent on experience.
