Renowned global Law Firm is seeking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join a very established team of four in the London office. This role provides day-to-day technical IT support for the business and can assist with a wide range of other IT tasks and functions. Occasional travel is also required!
Salary to £50,000 per annum. Shift rotation hours from 08:00-20:00 (7.5 hour working day). Hybrid working (4 days in the office / 1 day remote). Fantastic benefits!
Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst:- Provide 1st and 2nd line user support on all office applications including Microsoft Office 365, 8x8, Net Docs and Interaction.
- Ensure prioritisation and escalation processes are followed, liaising where necessary with the firms outsourced IT vendor and appropriate third parties, ensure that all incidents and requests are recorded within the firms IT ticketing system for monitoring and repetitive problem purposes.
- Conduct new joiner system set ups and deliver initial IT induction.
- Assist with conference room set ups, including video conferencing, AV setups and take-downs, and desk moves when requested.
- Mobile device support and administration to include telephone and voicemail support.
- Setting up and testing equipment, checking assets, and diagnosing faults.
- Previous experience providing technical support in a law firm.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office 365, 8x8, Net Docs, Aderant, Litera products and Interaction.
- Prior use of an IT ticketing system.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
- Superb customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with all levels of staff.
