- Coordinate Ex Works shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
- Ensure complete and compliant shipment documentation for USA-UK containers.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Apply strong understanding of Incoterms in daily logistics.
- Manage stock levels across UK and Irish warehouses.
- Track and manage goods movement, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Monitor inventory to cover customer orders.
- Run monthly consumption reports and analyse inventory trends.
- Proactively address stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Liaise with customers on stock availability, shipment statuses, and delivery schedules.
