Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Ex Works shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Ensure complete and compliant shipment documentation for USA-UK containers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
  • Apply strong understanding of Incoterms in daily logistics.
  • Manage stock levels across UK and Irish warehouses.
  • Track and manage goods movement, ensuring accurate stock counts.
  • Monitor inventory to cover customer orders.
  • Run monthly consumption reports and analyse inventory trends.
  • Proactively address stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
  • Liaise with customers on stock availability, shipment statuses, and delivery schedules.
  • Address customer inquiries on inventory, backorders, or delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with Ex Works shipments and USA-UK shipping.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms.
