A well-established and fast-growing financial claims mis-selling company is recruiting an experienced Claims Processing Manager to join the team.

THE ROLE:

Overall, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload efficiently and within regulatory guidelines. This will include:

  • Process a high volume of cases from initiation to resolution

  • Liaise with clients, third parties and other stakeholders to gather necessary information

  • Review case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements

  • Provide regular updates to clients

  • Escalate complex cases.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Recent experience in case management, claims handling or a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to multi-task

  • Good written and spoken English

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • £30,000 – £40,000, dependent on experience

  • Bonus scheme

  • 30 days holiday (10 used during company shutdown) + public holidays!
