We are expanding and looking for a Commercial Business Manager to take charge of supplier relationships, optimize commercial strategies, and grow market share.
The Role
Weβre looking for a commercially sharp, results-driven, and strategic Commercial Business Manager to own supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and drive go-to-market execution. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, sales execution, and supply chain management, ensuring our vendor growth plans translate into real business success.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the Commercial Director.
- Own supplier relationships β negotiating commercial terms, driving joint business plans, and ensuring profitable long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and brand presence.
- Optimise inventory management, ensuring stock levels align with demand, minimizing delays and stock-holding costs.
- Develop strategic pricing and promotional plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
- Enhance distribution processes and supply chain efficiency to improve delivery performance and service levels.
