My client is a Property, Planning and Development Consultancy, who specialise in offering tailored advice to a broad range of clients including landowners, developers, promoters, and the public sector. They are now on the lookout for a dynamic Town Planner to join the team to work on a diverse range of projects.

The Role as a Town Planner

  • Provide expert planning advice for property development projects.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.

Essential Criteria for the Town Planner

  • MRTPI Chartered Town Planner (or working towards).
  • Previous demonstrable experience.
  • A valid driving licence is required.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to growing the Planning team.
