You will optimise procurement processes, drive value creation and support strategic projects across our clients global operations. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to influence procurement strategy and operations while working directly with senior leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Strategy & Optimisation: Design and implement efficient procurement processes and systems that ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for value creation and cost savings across procurement activities.
- Project Management & Execution: Oversee procurement-related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met. Maintain dynamic project updates and proactively analyse and mitigate risks.
- Cost Management & Analysis: Lead project material cost evaluations and support process cost implementation. Provide expert analysis and recommendations on procurement-related financial decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between procurement and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution. Partner with global teams in Madrid, Sweden and China to align procurement strategies.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies related to procurement and supply chain operations.
- Experience: Proven experience in procurement, supply chain or project management within the automotive industry. Strong background in managing complex projects across global teams.
- Skills: Expertise in supply chain software, ERP systems and data analysis tools. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Procurement Management, Economics or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Knowledge of Mandarin is a strong advantage.
