Our close relationships with international musicians, pop stars, DJs, and entertainers enable us to organise huge concerts at the most intimate events and venues, specialising in elite luxury parties.
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent & Event Liaison. The Talent & Event Liaison will be responsible for coordinating and managing talent bookings, planning and executing events, advancing all relevant show arrangements and maintaining strong relationships with both artists and clients. The role involves daily communication with artists, negotiating contracts, administrative tasks related to each show, overseeing event logistics, travel planning and ensuring the successful delivery of events in a luxury environment. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the overall success of UKNY Music Ltd.
Qualifications:- Strong skills in coordinating and managing talent bookings, including contract negotiation and logistics
- Event planning and execution experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Comfortable in a luxury environment
- Highly motivated and able to self-manage
- Able to travel when required to events
- Knowledge of the music and entertainment industry is a plus
