Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Fire Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester/Liverpool.

What the job will be doing:

  • Accountable for a range of projects meeting all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements for delivery of fire risk remediation works and building safety works.
  • Fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys.

What you will need:

  • Ability to use initiative and quickly identify, react and manage increasing FRA actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
