Our client, an established and leading employee benefits consultancy, are currently seeking to recruit 2 Sales Executives / Sales Consultants to develop new client opportunities within the insurance market from an existing database of clients.
Candidates will be responsible for calling data from our clients CRM platform and assisting in the growth of their portfolio of clients. You will support Consultants in developing new client opportunities and in turn increasing new business sales revenue. You will process new business letters of authority and appointments in accordance with procedures and maintain records on the CRM platform.
Candidates need to have experience within a proactive sales environment. You will have a hunger to earn good levels of income, a passion for sales and client services and a desire to progress. You will have good objection handling skills and previous experience of CRM database (Sales / Salesforce etc).
In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary of £22-26k as well as an excellent company benefits and bonus package resulting in earnings of £40-45k. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 3pm.
