Our client is seeking a dedicated Removals Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure a seamless moving experience for their clients. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of scheduling and logistics within the removals industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing and organising removal teams to provide prompt and effective service.
- Managing the distribution of resources, scheduling, and logistics.
- Ensuring adherence to corporate policies and health and safety standards.
- Establishing a constructive team atmosphere while offering guidance and assistance to employees.
- Successfully responding to consumer enquiries and addressing operational problems.
