QA/QC Technician Wolverhampton Salary £40-50,000 depending on qualifications/experience Full time, permanent Key skills: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Risk Assessments, manufacturing, fabrication, ISO :: Do you have QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment? :: Are you able to carry out day to day risk assessments and QC checks as well as get involved in ISO audits? :: Are you ready to join a motivated team in Wolverhampton? We are working with a fabricator / manufacturer providing quality solutions for a range of construction projects. Now due to their continued growth, they are looking for a QA/QC Technician. This role will include: Performing thorough inspections and quality checks Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance processes Reviewing technical drawings and product specifications to ensure customer and regulatory requirements met Carrying out risk assessments to identify potential quality and safety issues, recommending corrective actions as needed Conducting tests and visual inspections Assisting the management team with ISO and Health and Safety compliance Documenting and reporting any non-conformances or deviations, working with production teams to resolve quality issues Supporting continuous improvement initiativesAre you: Experienced in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment, ideally supplying to the construction industry Possessing a strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and inspection techniques Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards Experienced in carrying out risk assessments and implementing corrective actions Focussed on detail, with problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to quality controlThis role offers: Salary £40-50,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) A supportive and collaborative working environment in a forward-thinking company 25 days holiday + statutory days Hours 8am-4pm (or alternatively 9-5)If this QA/QC Technician role looks like the opportunity you’ve been seeking, please apply today or call Sue at ARV Solutions to find out more.
