We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager ideally with a network of HCP (Healthcare Professional), nutritional therapists, naturopaths, and other functional medicine practitioner contacts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience and training in nutritional therapy, be an excellent relationship-builder, and have a desire to maximise their business development skills.
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the Integrative Functional Medicine (IFM) sector.
- Utilise your existing HCP and functional medicine practitioner network to generate leads and drive sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new customers.
Flexibility for ad-hoc evening/weekend work to support meetings/events is needed.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience and training in nutritional therapy.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
- Full UK driving license (due to regional travel requirements).
The position will also include the following benefits:
- Salary circa £60k basic, OTE £75k+ (uncapped commission).
