Tomorrow Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer - a true all-rounder with a sharp eye for design, strong conceptual thinking, and a passion for branding that goes beyond the surface. It’s essential you have experience working with property clients, bringing a clear understanding of the sector's unique needs to your design approach. If you’re someone who thrives on turning great ideas into exceptional visual work - across both digital and print - and loves being part of a collaborative, creatively ambitious team, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll play a key role in shaping creative projects from start to finish, leading some, supporting others, and always aiming for smart, purposeful design that connects.
  • Working closely with our Creative Director and wider team, you’ll:
  • Lead and develop visual identities and brand concepts with a commercial edge
  • Translate strategic thinking into beautiful, effective design
  • Take ownership of creative presentations and communicate ideas with confidence
  • Collaborate with teammates and clients, balancing autonomy with teamwork
  • Ensure craft, consistency, and attention to detail across all touchpoints

  • Proven experience in branding and identity design, including significant work for property clients - a strong plus for understanding this sector's unique demands
  • A conceptual thinker with excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, composition)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and articulating design decisions
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • A collaborative spirit and positive attitude
