A construction business is seeking a Plumber to join the team within the Portsmouth area. This is a business with years of experience within the industry and a range of bespoke services offered to their clients, making them a successful entity within the market. The position holder will be joining the team to work on a range of renovation and construction-based projects, handling all manner of plumbing elements required.

Please Note: The company is only wishing to see applicants from within a 20 Mile radius of Portsmouth, due to the job requiring an early start time.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Installing, maintaining and handling repair work for plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, fittings, water supplies and drainage systems
  • Fitting domestic appliances including washing machines, showers and cookers
  • Conducting servicing of boilers and radiators
  • Identifying and removing obstructions from toilets and drains
  • Handling the estimating of costs for installations and repairs
  • Working with other professionals
  • Following building plans and blueprints
  • Undertaking inspections and tests for equipment
What you will need to Apply:

The ideal candidate for this role will need to have excellent knowledge of plumbing tools and systems. Alongside this, good critical thinking and troubleshooting skills will be valuable. The company is expecting applicants to have a trade school diploma or have completed an apprenticeship within a plumbing related field. All applicants MUST hold a valid plumbing license.
