We are recruiting on behalf of a leading insurance company in Leicester that is expanding its team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Customer Service Advisor with experience in broking or underwriting who is looking for a non-client-facing role. In this position, you’ll manage daily emails, tickets, and calls on the Helpdesk. You’ll also be responsible for creating and distributing reports, analysing management information, and inputting data. Collaboration with key insurers, brokers, and internal teams will be a key part of your role, as well as supporting product development and ensuring FCA compliance.
