The Customer Service Specialist position involves providing excellent customer service in the financial services sector. This entry-level role is based in Leeds and is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in finance and customer relations., * Handle customer inquiries via phone.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

proven experience with high call volume.

The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of CRM systems and practices is desirable.

Able to work between 8am – 5.30pm (shift patterns)

Can commit to 8 week (minimum) availability
