We’re seeking a driven and commercially savvy Account Executive to support the continued expansion of a rapidly scaling technology business in the regulatory compliance sector. In this role, you’ll take ownership of high-value client relationships, working closely with senior decision-makers to guide them through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to successful onboarding and long-term partnership. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in strategic, consultative sales environments and enjoys engaging in both business and technical discussions with stakeholders such as CTOs, CFOs, and COOs. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of named mid-market and enterprise accounts, with tailored strategies to acquire, grow, and retain clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a consultative partner throughout the sales journey.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver compelling demonstrations and business cases.
  • Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and internal best practices.
  • Provide customer insights and product feedback to influence future product development and innovation.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a SaaS or technical product environment.
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales targets and delivering strong performance.
  • Skilled in presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in structuring tailored deals.
  • Confident communicator with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Interest or background in regulatory technology (RegTech) is a plus.
