As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and versatile eCommerce & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our digital growth.

Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior eCommerce or Digital Marketing professional to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will assist with eCommerce administration, support digital marketing efforts, and provide customer service when needed. You will play a key role in maintaining our Shopify store, supporting PPC and SEO initiatives, and helping with content creation. You must also be comfortable answering customer calls and responding to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • eCommerce Admin Support: Manage product listings, update pricing, and ensure stock accuracy on Shopify. Assist with processing orders and coordinating fulfilment. Support website updates and content management.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist with SEO efforts, including keyword research and basic on-page optimisations. Support PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Paid Social with keyword and ad copy input. Help create and schedule social media content across platforms. Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communication.
  • Customer Service Support: Answer inbound calls and respond to online customer inquiries. Aid with order tracking and general customer questions. Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience with Shopify (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing principles.
  • A creative eye and an interest in content creation (social media, email, graphics).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable supporting customer service when needed.
