Senior Corporate Associate

We are working closely with this Top 150 firm seeking a Senior Corporate Associate (5+ PQE) to work alongside their Legal 500 recognised solicitors and partners.

The Firm:

This leading B Corp prides itself on the way it operates, having a positive impact on not only their clients, but also their suppliers, community and environment. They have taken the lead in cases to bring about positive change in society.

They have recently made some senior hires across multiple areas of the business and are looking to continue their exciting growth plans with the addition of a Senior Corporate Associate.

This leading Legal 500 firm is highly tiered across most of its practice areas and in the Top Tiers for several.

They offer a high level of flexibility, only expecting staff to be ion the office 2 days a week (this can be negotiated to 1 day after settling in period).

The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join this highly regarded corporate team and play a leading role in growing the department.

You will be working closely with the Corporate Partners, having substantial client exposure, assisting with the strategic development and growth of the department, whilst also mentoring the more junior members of the team.

Your responsibilities include leading corporate transactions, including M&A and investments, advising on shareholders agreements, corporate governance and handling private equity and corporate finance matters.

Requirements:

• You will be a Senior Corporate Associate 5+ PQE
• You will be a skilled in managing and building client relationships
• You will enjoy mentoring junior colleagues
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Salary is very competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They like to grow organically, so excellent progression on offer.

Remuneration – Up to £110K+ (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits
