The Role
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting an experienced fee earner within a thriving Commercial Property department. The team advises private investors, developers, and investment companies on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and portfolio management. Your work will include:
- Assisting with lease agreements, sub-letting, and lease renewals
- Managing legal documentation and transactions
- Providing essential administrative and legal support
What They’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in commercial property law is ideal but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail
- A team player who thrives in a supportive, engaging environment
This is a fully office-based role (Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm) with a great team atmosphere and plenty of room to grow within the firm.
