An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced formulator to join a leading innovator in the animal nutrition industry. Our exclusive client is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable individual with a strong science-based background to become an integral part of their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation process from initial concept to successful production scale-up
- Ensure the products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
- Drive product portfolio expansion and improvement
- Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring industry developments, emerging technologies and advancements in raw materials
- Collaborate with a dynamic and skilled team, passionate about delivering innovative solutions to the agricultural industry
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Nutrition Agriculture or a related field
- Solid expertise in formulation science with hands-on experience in scale-up and technical problem-solving
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience working with formulation software
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- AMTRA qualification (preferred, not essential)
Package:
- Base salary of up to £35K DOE
