About the Position:
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Director of Restaurants for our Michelin star restaurant.
Chef Yannick Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 16 Michelin stars across his seventeen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while the chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
Your Role:
You will be a key figure in leading the teams to establish our brand, culture, and service. You will report to our General Manager but work with Yannick Alléno and his team to achieve our goal of satisfying each customer and developing guests’ loyalty.
