We’re on the hunt for a Personal Assistant to support a dedicated entrepreneur. Based part-time in a beautiful Knightsbridge Clinic, and part-time working from home.
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to a visionary entrepreneur, ensuring their life and business run seamlessly. From diary management to travel coordination, household organisation to event planning, you’ll handle it all with efficiency and discretion. This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will liaise with high-end vendors, manage invoices, oversee appointments, and provide top-tier administrative support.
How You’ll Dazzle Us
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant
- Exceptional spelling and grammar skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with business associates
- Flexibility to work weekend and evening hours
- Discreet, loyal, and highly adaptable
- Proficient in appointment booking software and MS Office applications
- Available for immediate start
