Legal Indemnities Broker

Location: Flexible (Home-based or Office-based)

Salary: £40,000 – £70,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

A progressive and expanding department within a leading insurance group, known for its employee-driven environment and supply of ready leads. The company values individuals who can manage their own caseload and work well under their own steam, with no fixed rules or micro-management.

The Role:

As a Legal Indemnities Broker, you will be responsible for processing enquiries, triaging leads, assessing necessary cover, obtaining quotes, and reporting back to introducers, mainly lawyers. The role offers flexibility in terms of location, with options to work from home or in the office, depending on your preference. Initial training and understanding of processes will be provided, with ongoing flexibility to suit your needs.

The Required Skills:

Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of experience in legal indemnities

Strong technical skills

Self-motivated and able to manage own workload

Background in insurance companies or brokerage is desirable

Underwriting experience is a plus
