Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant – Digital, Tech & Data

Location: Manchester (Hybrid/Flexible Working)

Salary: £24,000 to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360° recruitment process – from sourcing candidates to securing placements.
• Building relationships with both candidates and clients in the digital, tech, and data sectors.
• Using various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
• Providing market insights and strategic hiring advice to clients.
• Negotiating job offers and managing the hiring process to ensure a great experience for all parties.
• Contributing to the growth and culture of our agency, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment OR a background in sales, business development, or tech-related fields.
• Passion for digital, tech, and data – you don’t need to be an expert, but curiosity is key!
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a desire to develop a successful career in recruitment.
• A proactive mindset – someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
