We are working exclusively for our client to search for a Junior Personal Assistant / Graduate to the Chairman role. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, innovative organisation spanning multiple business sectors. Based in a bright, open-plan office in Uxbridge Town Centre, with parking available, you will act as the main point of contact and ambassador for the Chairman, supporting a busy diary, coordinating meetings, meeting and greeting visitors, supporting with administrative tasks and building relationships across the business.
This position requires:
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong discretion and confidentiality, handling sensitive information professionally
- Flexibility with working hours, core 9:30am – 5:30pm, but business hours are 9am – 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management – prioritising communications, assisting with scheduling meetings and handling correspondence
- Meeting coordination – arranging conference calls, agendas, presentations and venue bookings
- Travel organisation – booking UK and international travel, workspaces and venues
- Guest and office management – welcoming visitors, ensuring meeting rooms are ready and organising refreshments/lunches etc.
- Administrative support – maintaining company data, processing expenses and assisting with projects across the business with admin duties
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Junior Personal Assistant / Graduate who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment. You must be able to remain composed under pressure, take ownership of projects and support a variety of business initiatives. The successful candidate will:

What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum
