An excellent opportunity to join a global law firm as Learning & Development Adviser, supporting a busy international firm with learning initiatives. This is a 12 month FTC based in Birmingham. The role would suit someone with experience in law firms or professional services firms in a previous L&D role.

Role:

  • Plan and organise course logistics, materials and venues
  • Host and facilitate workshops and programmes in person and online
  • Supervise junior team member
  • Responsible for session plans, timetables and agendas
  • Manage learning budgets
  • Conduct post event evaluation and feedback process

Candidate Requirements:

  • L&D experience
  • Previous experience in a professional services or legal setting
  • MS Office skills
  • Attention to detail
