Role Summary

This role requires a strong understanding of employment law and the ability to provide commercially focused advice to business owners and HR professionals. The successful candidate will manage their own client base, handling a range of employment law matters, including:

  • Providing day-to-day employment law advice on both contentious and non-contentious issues.
  • Managing client relationships and delivering tailored advice to meet their business needs.
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, employee handbooks, disciplinary letters, and other employment-related documents.
  • Advising on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment matters.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong experience in employment law, with a track record of advising businesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
