This is an exciting opportunity to join this family-owned builders’ merchant. They are looking for a Plumbing & Heating Manager to play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the plumbing department. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the efficient functioning of the department and provide exceptional customer service.

- Running the day-to-day operations on a busy plumbing counter
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, produce trade quotes and provide expert advice
- Drive the team to enhance sales

- Ensure all deliveries are processed quickly and efficiently
- Assist in placing orders and ensuring stock availability
