Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
- Prepare and review legal documents, including dispositions, standard securities, and missives
- Conduct title searches and property investigations
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transaction progress
- Draft and submit Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) forms
- Handle client onboarding and file management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
