Job Title: Curriculum Manager – Vocational Training Location: North Yorkshire Salary: Up to £40,000 Type: Full Time, PermanentAs a Curriculum Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our clients vocational training programs – this could include construction, electrical, hospitality and more. Role Duties: Design and development of vocational programs, ensuring the curriculum meets industry standards and is tailored to meet the diverse needs of the learners (incorporating innovative teaching methods). Support and lead a team of Vocational Tutors. Take a lead on quality assurance and improvement for vocational programs, as well as assisting other Managers within the centre in preparation for SAR and QIP. Ensure high standards of teaching and learning, evaluating the effectiveness of delivery, and adapt if needed. This can be done through observations of teaching and learning, analysing data, deep dives etc. Measure learner progress, achievement and retention. Keep up to date with current learning technologies, education trends and changes in vocational standards.
