Experienced Site Manager required for a commercial refurbishment in Carmarthen.

Hourly Rate: 32 CIS

Hours: 5pm until 2am Mondays to Thursdays (36 hours paid over 4 evenings)

Duties:

  • Opening site
  • Overseeing subbies
  • Daily reporting to the project manager
  • Ensuring H&S is adhered to at all times

Requirements:

  • CSCS
  • SMSTS / SSSTS
  • First Aid At Work
  • Working At Heights
  • Manual Handling

A DBS will be required as this is a government building.
