The Opportunity
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing our client’s presence in the UK, targeting restaurant groups and turning prospects into long-term clients. This position is all about owning the sales process, building strategic relationships, and setting the stage for significant growth in 2025 and beyond. Based in London with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office), you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team and occasionally travel to the client’s European HQ.
What You’ll Do as an Account Executive
- Lead the Sales Process: Manage complex deals (ranging from £15k to £400k ARR, 2-6 month cycles), handling everything from prospecting to closing, engaging 3-10 stakeholders per deal (think CFOs, COOs, CEOs, Purchasing Directors, and Franchisees).
- Forge Connections: Build relationships with key decision-makers, represent the business at industry events, and work with partnership teams to strengthen ties with tech ecosystems like POS and accounting software providers.
- Strategize and Execute: Research the UK market, pinpoint opportunities, and develop tailored sales strategies—whether starting with franchisees or targeting HQ directly—while ensuring smooth rollouts with customer success teams post-sale.
- Master the Tech: Gain a strong grasp of the AI-driven platform to address client needs and occasionally respond to technical RFPs.
- Shape the Future: Collaborate with product teams to adapt the solution for the UK, sharing market insights to refine the approach.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the UK market, with a knack for navigating enterprise-level, multi-stakeholder deals.
- A proven closer with a track record of smashing £300k+ annual targets.
- Adept at the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to sealing the deal, with sharp strategic skills.
- London-based and open to occasional travel to Europe (knowing a bit of French is a nice-to-have, but not essential).
