You will work in a team of 17 and support a data project. Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers over the phone and inputting relevant data into the company CRM system.
- Ensuring accuracy and providing good customer service skills.
- Responding to emails.
- Updating databases.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Answering queries.
- Chasing required data.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday - 36.25 hours. Hybrid working is possible after training. On-site parking is available in a fantastic office location.
