Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding law firm based in Liverpool. They are seeking a Licensed Conveyancer to join their team on a full-time basis. If you have experience in Conveyancing and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Licensed Conveyancer:
- Managing a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant disputes.
- Drafting and negotiating leases, tenancy agreements, and other property-related documents.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other professionals.
About you as a Licensed Conveyancer:
- A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial and residential property, landlord, and tenant law.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues to clients clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
