As we expand our footprint beyond digital, we seek a strategic and results-driven Wholesale & Retail Partnerships Manager to lead our entry into major retailers, boutiques, department stores, and global distribution channels.
As our Wholesale & Retail Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our brand into new markets, retail stores, and distribution networks by identifying and securing partnerships with major retailers, department stores, jewelry boutiques, and global distributors.
Responsibilities- Wholesale & Retail Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow our brand's retail presence through wholesale, retail partnerships, and franchise opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential retailers, department stores, specialty jewelry stores, and distributors for partnership.
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Partnership Development & Account Management
- Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with premium and mass-market retailers to carry our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, franchise partners, and distributors.
- Negotiate wholesale agreements, pricing structures, and terms with partners.
- Ensure all retail and wholesale partnerships align with our brand image and values.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and manage wholesale pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Drive sales through strategic partnerships, pop-up collaborations, and in-store activations.
- Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure product assortment aligns with retail partner needs.
- Operations & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless product delivery to wholesale and retail partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage reorders for wholesale accounts.
- Oversee compliance with retailers' operational requirements, including packaging, shipping, and product display.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and partner satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, competitor activity, and partnership success metrics.
- Recommend strategies to optimize retail expansion and improve sales performance.
- Experience: 3-7 years in wholesale, retail partnerships, business development, or sales, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
