We are now looking for a Membership Relations Manager to join us in our East Office at a pivotal time for the rural sector.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Director and regional team. As Membership Relations Manager your role will be to improve the membership experience and increase the levels of member engagement. - Additional responsibilities include liaising with CLA's policy teams, supporting the sales team, attending events, and providing regular retention reports to regional and central teams.
- Ideally you would be able to demonstrate an understanding of the breadth of issues affecting rural businesses and have experience of working in the rural sector.
The Location, Team, and Working Arrangements
The role is based from a beautiful office on a rural estate near Newmarket. Some flexible working will be available on request but contact time in the office would be required each week, with a requirement to travel across the East at times, to attend events and meetings and visit members. You will be working in a small, friendly, multidisciplinary team who are very passionate about the organisation and rural affairs in general. You will also work collaboratively with the wider CLA team of over one hundred individuals across England and Wales.
