Temporary to Permanent role available Catering Assistant Up to £11.59 an hour 15 hours per week, term time only Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a catering assistant to assist with kitchen and dining room duties at one of our secondary schools, with the opportunity to go permanent. Main Duties Include: Basic preparation of food and beverages, e.g. preparing vegetables, fruit and salads. Simple cooking duties, such as preparation of snack items. General kitchen and dining room duties, e.g. washing up, moving dining tables and chairs, clearing away dining room. Cleaning the kitchen, equipment and surroundings. Any duties commensurate with nature and grade of post, as instructed by the Cook in Charge. Operation of a computerised school meals administration system.
