An established and highly regarded hospitality group is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its people strategy across multiple venues. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will shape recruitment, training, development, and HR operations for a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Management – Leading the hiring strategy to attract and retain top hospitality talent.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement – Supporting a thriving workplace culture, advising leadership teams, and ensuring best HR practices.
  • Training & Development – Designing and implementing training programs that develop staff at all levels.
  • HR Operations & Compliance – Ensuring policies and procedures align with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Workforce Planning & Strategy – Collaborating with senior leadership to shape long-term HR goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hospitality HR experience – Proven track record in HR leadership within the restaurant, hotel, or hospitality sector.
  • Proactive problem solver – Ability to navigate HR challenges with a practical and business-focused approach.
  • Hands-on & strategic – Comfortable leading initiatives while also supporting day-to-day HR needs.
  • People-focused leader – Passionate about building positive cultures and supporting employee development.
  • Multi-site experience – Understanding of the complexities of managing HR across multiple locations.
