Role Description
We are currently seeking suitably qualified, experienced and skilled Planners to join our growing planning team.
As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning and scheduling of projects and programmes of works, ensuring their effective execution and timely completion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, where you will have the chance to showcase your exceptional planning and organisational skills.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with various project stakeholders, including project teams, designers, contractors, and subcontractors. You will be responsible for creating project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying potential risks and delays, implementing mitigation measures, measuring, and reviewing schedules against contracts.
The successful candidate will have experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry. Prior experience using planning software is essen

Key Responsibilities and Requirements – Planner
- Demonstrable management and leadership capabilities
- Experience in using Primavera P6 (essential)
- Mentoring and developing members of the team
- Ability to articulate and present information with senior stakeholders
- To develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Knowledge and application of industry best practices and regulations, planning methodologies, techniques and processes for programme and project management.
