Join Corinthian Sports and be part of an exciting, fast-paced world of event planning! In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Operations, Events, and Sales Teams to help deliver exceptional experiences. As an integral part of our team, you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless operations and outstanding event execution.

Your role will involve the following key areas of responsibilities:

  • Pricing & Availability – Be the Go-To Resource
    • Conduct real-time research to gather pricing and availability for the Sales Team, ensuring accurate and detailed event & package information.
    • Field inbound pricing and availability requests from the Sales Team across all offices, responding efficiently via phone and online platforms.
  • Sales Support – Enabling Effective Prospecting
    • Assist the Sales Team in building and maintaining prospect and contact lists.
    • Conduct market research to qualify leads and enhance sales prospecting efforts.
    • Manage CRM data input across platforms such as Salesforce, Monday.com, and Xero.
  • Office & Admin Support – Keeping Operations Running Smoothly
    • Ensure all offices have the necessary resources, stationery, and technology, managing orders and inventory as required.
    • Handle inbound calls from the main phone line, assisting with enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate department.
  • Event Coordination – Supporting Seamless Execution
    • Assist with the design and production of graphic materials, including pre- and post-event collateral, in collaboration with the Operations & Events Coordinators and external graphic designers.
    • Manage data collection from clients, including company details, host information, and dietary requirements.
    • Oversee ticket dispatch, ensuring accuracy in delivery timing, addresses, and contents.
    • Liaise with venue suppliers to accommodate special requests.
    • Maintain communication between the Sales Team, venues, and clients to ensure a seamless event experience.
    • Support Pegasus Lounge event setup and breakdown, providing logistical assistance when needed.
    • Monitor table plan configurations, tracking stock levels and sales availability.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Previous experience in an admin role
  • Previous experience in Market research
  • Strong communication skills

Desirable experience includes:

  • A passion for Sport
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Familiarity with Monday.com
