In this role, you will be responsible for providing human resources (HR) advice, guidance, and support to all RSE employees, managing the day-to-day administration of the HR function, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations, and maintaining accurate employee information. You will work closely with the Director of Finance & Corporate Services to deliver a seamless HR service to all employees and relevant stakeholders.

Further to this, and aligned with our strategic plan, you will support the preparation and implementation of the short to mid-term HR strategy for the RSE. You will be the key business partner to individual managers, providing regular and relevant support and reporting to manage their teams effectively. This role requires balancing operational HR activities with strategic planning and delivery of HR initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who will bring technical skills and a proven track record in HR business partnering. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This is an ideal role for a senior-level professional who can effectively lead, manage, and develop HR services.

With a responsibility for managing day-to-day HR activities, negotiating contracts, promoting employee engagement, and delivering HR projects, you will be effective in managing your own time and priorities. More than that, you'll bring passion and ambition together with a desire to be a key contributor to the HR strategy, and a genuine aspiration to create a culture that fosters individual growth, motivates the organisation, and inspires us. If that sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you.

Applications in the form of a tailored CV and covering letter, highlighting your skills and experience pertinent to the role, should arrive no later than midnight Sunday 6 April to ScotlandExecutive@LHH.com.
