They are in need of an enthusiastic and talented Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Durham studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:

Provide architectural design and project management services to a range of multi sector projects
Lead and deliver on a range of projects from inception to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
Undertake principal designer duties such as liaising with clients
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of work

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within Architecture
Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit is essential
Experience working on projects across numerous sectors
Job running experience
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
Strong attention to detail
Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
