About the Company:
My client, a well-established consultancy based in South East London, is looking for a talented and motivated Planning Consultant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting residential projects, providing valuable experience in a growing sector.
Key Responsibilities as a Town Planner:
Provide planning advice and support on residential projects.
Prepare and submit planning applications.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
Contribute to the development of strategies for securing planning approvals.Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Town Planner.
Strong understanding of the planning process, particularly within residential developments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
Experience working with local authorities and understanding of planning policy.
