Uniserve is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our Ops Finance team. You'll partner with UniOcean, UniAir, UniEurope, Transport & Warehousing, supporting financial reporting, challenging business units, and driving profit improvement.
Your Role:
- Deliver timely financial insights & reporting.
- Optimise financial controls & processes.
- Support strategic decision-making & business projects.
- Line manage Finance Managers.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships.
You’ll have:
- Previous relevant logistics finance experience with proven track record of adding value to an organisation.
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or near qualified (looking to qualify in the next year).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Professional manner and work ethic, used to working in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills & analytical thinker.
- Proactive, flexible, and commercially aware.
- Able to travel within the UK, with driving licence.
