Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) Cardiff £32’460 per annum + pension and healthcare. Salary & Benefits: A starting salary of up to £32’46- Company pension up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Sick pay scheme Life insurance Employee Assistance Programme Free on-site car parking Excellent training and development Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible to Warehouse & Distribution Manager for the effective picking and dispatching of finished product. Ensuring correct date rotation is adhered to. Support the Warehouse & Distribution Manager in all aspects of Warehousing. Ensuring loading and unloading procures are correctly implemented. Produce correct dispatch paperwork / ASN’s for deliveries. Ensuring correct information {i.e., batch numbers, use by dates, product details} and correctly show on paperwork at all times. Monitor shortfalls and overstock situations informing the Stock Controller or Warehouse & Distribution Manager with adequate time to react. Responsible for the people management of the warehouse, including but not limited to sickness absence monitoring, disciplinary process and time keeping. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Ensure that the area of control is compliant with, Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation, in line with the company documented H&S, Quality and Hygiene system. Recognition of site reporting structures and compliance with these structures with any issues that might arise. Customer Compliance To be familiar with and practice any individual customer requirements regarding to picking, packing and dispatching of products. Security To monitor the security of all areas of work, including the monitor of damage to equipment and stock within the warehouse at all times.
