Electrical Supervisor

Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) are currently hiring for an Electrical Supervisor for an initial 6 month contract. This assignment will involve working on a 50MW Power Plant in Cheshire. The engagement would be onsite 5 days per week.

We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor for our client who are an established electrical contractor on their 50MW Power Plant project.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate on-site electrical installations, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications for accurate implementation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, health & safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades for smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, material usage, and workforce allocation.
• Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment for electrical work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical issues.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
