Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) are currently hiring for an Electrical Supervisor for an initial 6 month contract. This assignment will involve working on a 50MW Power Plant in Cheshire. The engagement would be onsite 5 days per week.

We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor for our client who are an established electrical contractor on their 50MW Power Plant project.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate on-site electrical installations, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications for accurate implementation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, health & safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, material usage, and workforce allocation.
- Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment for electrical work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical issues.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
