Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care

• Location: Colchester (with occasional travel across Suffolk)
• Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum
• Hours: Rotational shifts (weekly basis)
• Requirement: Full UK driving licence

Are you an experienced Care Coordinator with a strong background in domiciliary care? We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our team in Colchester, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance across our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Quality Assurance – Conduct spot checks, audits, and ensure adherence to CQC regulations and company policies.
• Staff Support & Supervision – Provide guidance to the support team, ensuring best practices in care delivery.
• Scheduling & Rota Management – Coordinate weekly staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage for all service users.
• Client Visits & Assessments – Travel across Suffolk to conduct care assessments, reviews, and quality checks.
• Safeguarding & Reporting – Monitor care standards, address concerns, and escalate any safeguarding issues appropriately.

What We\’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience in domiciliary care).
• Previous experience in a Care Coordinator role within a domiciliary care setting.
• Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements).
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to maintaining high compliance standards.
